Combining Kettlebells and Body Weight Exercises to Maximize Fat Loss

Try this challenging total body workout combining Kettlebells and Body Weight Exercises to Maximize Your Fat Loss!

The Workout:
Kettlebell Clean and Press
Pull Ups
Kettlebell Snatch
Ketlebell Push Ups
Kettlebell 1-Arm Swings
TRX Body Weight Rows
- Complete all 6 exercises in the Circuit with no rest between exercises
- 8-10 reps on each arm for Kettlebell Exercises
- As many reps as you can complete for Body Weight Exercises
- 3 sets with 1-2 minutes rest between each set
In the video I am using a 55lb Kettlebells, if you have never trained with Kettlebells before, a 35lb Kettlebell would be a good starting weight for most men, while a 15lb Kettlebell would be a good starting weight for most women.
