I have been a fitness professional for more than 10 years and I have observed a disturbing trend. The market in Connecticut has become saturated with large commercial fitness clubs. Unfortunately, many of these clubs are staffed with poorly qualified personal trainers and offer questionable personal training programs. It appears that these clubs are only concerned with making money and have forgotten about addressing the needs of their individual clients.
You deserve a better alternative than these crowded commercial health clubs and the questionable personal training services that they offer. This is why I decided to create my own personal training company, BP Fitness Coaching, LLC. I believe that helping you achieve your individual goals should be a personal trainer’s number one priority.
Most of my clients have initially come to me because they were unhappy with their weight, lacked motivation, or were struggling to get back in shape following an illness or an injury.
